Ukrainian online streaming platform Takflix has compiled a set of films, “Mariupol, I love you,” that can be purchased to help the city of Mariupol. The city has been suffering the most from the Russian destruction and terror. 50 percent of the virtual tickets sale  will be transferred to the volunteer account of the Mariupol City Hall.

The compilation offers four short documentary films about Mariupol. These are stories of everyday life, dreams, and relationships, and how all these were affected by the war, as mentioned in the descriptions of films.

The compilation includes the following films:

  • “Diorama” by Zoia Laktionova is about the course of life and our memories;
  • “MA” by Maria Stoianova is about a woman who films her life in Mariupol for her daughter, who lives in Kyiv;
  • “The Territory of Empty Windows” by Zoia Laktionova is about how the war with Russia affects our movements and life routine;
  • “I and Mariupol” by Pyotr Armyanovsky is about Mariupol as a city of someone’s childhood.
